Travel conditions for purchase of a Djurspackage - Online Djurspackage is supplied by Destination Djursland, Ny Lufthavnsvej 21, DK-8560 Kolind. CVR no. 18569086. The providers of accommodation have committed themselves to have the bookable accommodations available and are therefore responsible for this. The attractions are open during the stay. However, it is up to the guest to enquire regarding opening hours and any closed days during the period. The Djurspackage does not include any type of transport. Booking/Entering into agreement Booking takes place online on Djurspakken.dk and is confirmed on the screen and by e-mail to the customer. After this, the customer is bound by the order and also confirms the general terms that apply to the purchased stay. The information stated in the order is part of the agreement and should therefore be read carefully before payment. Price of stay The price of the stay includes all services mentioned in the order incl. VAT and any environmental fees. If staying at a hostel or at campsites, the guest must have either a valid camping card or a hostel card. Alternatively, this can be purchased at the place of accommodation upon arrival. Special requests must be forwarded to places of accommodation by e-mail or agreed upon by telephone. Only the number of people stated when booking can stay in the holiday home unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the provider of accommodation. Payment The entire stay must is paid for online through a secure connection when booking. No cancellation insurance is included, which means that the customer is bound by the order. Voucher and admission tickets The forwarded e-mail is to be used as voucher at places of accommodation and as admission tickets for the chosen attractions that are part of the Djurspackage purchased. Voucher and admission tickets MUST be brought along for the stay. Personal data When accepting the terms of purchase, the customer confirms that data regarding the purchase can be used for statistical purchases by the provider. Data will not be forwarded or sold to a third party or be used for marketing purposes of any kind.
